Famed motion picture and TV producer, Bill Sargeant had a vision for San Antonio Texas. Snarled in politics, the downtown stadium was outdated but, a new, location could not be settled upon. This proposal is situated outside the city and envelopes not just a stadium but an entire complex of hotels, malls,  entertainment and sports related facilities.

The stadium is surrounded, beyond the infield seats by a 15 story hotel and sports complex. An 18 hole golf course is flaked by single family parcels. A small airstrip and heliport services the complex.

It’s a miniature city based on sports and entertainment.
