This project explores the outer limits of green planning and sustainability. It’s an entire new town built in a rural area based on natural production of paper and paper products. Combining hemp technology and recycling, this agrarian “village”
incorporates the best of whole systems integration. The town is surrounded by production fields of various products, A central processing facility and a complete residential layout with schools, medical and entertainment facilities are included in this plan.
This is a green, non-polluting development. It is completely energy independent with a 0% aqua footprint. This project actually fulfills everyone’s dream of a non-polluting industrial facility the responds to the natural needs of the people and the land.
